For Vendors

Vendor Participation Rules

MN Events aims to create professionally managed marketplaces that benefit vendors, visitors, venues and participating brands. By booking a stall, the vendor agrees to follow the rules below.

Booking

Booking and Stall Allocation

  1. A stall is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by MN Events.
  2. Stall locations and numbers are allocated by MN Events based on event layout, product category, operational requirements and availability.
  3. Requests for a particular stall location may be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Vendors may not transfer, share, resell or sublet their stall without prior written approval from MN Events.
  5. Vendors must provide correct information about their brand, products and contact details during booking.
Products

Products and Categories

  1. Vendors may display and sell only the products approved at the time of booking.
  2. Additional product categories require prior approval from MN Events.
  3. Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, expired, offensive or prohibited products are strictly not permitted.
  4. Alcohol, tobacco, medicines, fireworks, hazardous materials and other regulated products may not be displayed or sold without written approval and all legally required licences.
  5. Food vendors are responsible for maintaining valid FSSAI registration and any other permits required for preparing, serving or selling food.
  6. MN Events may restrict the number of vendors within the same product category to maintain a balanced event mix.
Operations

Stall Setup and Operations

  1. Vendors must report and complete their stall setup within the time communicated for the event.
  2. Stalls must remain open and properly staffed throughout the official event timings. Early closure or dismantling is not permitted without approval.
  3. All displays, banners, racks, lights and products must remain within the allocated stall area and must not block pathways, entrances or neighbouring stalls.
  4. Vendors must bring their own display materials unless tables, chairs, electricity or other facilities are specifically mentioned as part of the booking.
  5. Electrical equipment, extension boards and lighting must be safe and suitable for the venue. High-power equipment requires prior approval.
  6. Vendors must maintain cleanliness and dispose of packaging, food waste and other materials responsibly.
  7. Food vendors must follow proper hygiene, food-storage and waste-disposal practices.
Conduct

Conduct and Safety

  1. Vendors and their staff must behave professionally and respectfully with visitors, venue representatives, organisers and other vendors.
  2. Aggressive selling, misleading claims, excessive noise, obstruction of another stall or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event.
  3. Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their products, cash, equipment and personal belongings.
  4. Vendors are responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by their products, equipment, staff or negligence.
  5. Children accompanying vendors must remain under adult supervision and must not disturb event operations.
  6. Vendors must comply with venue rules, fire-safety requirements, government regulations and instructions issued by the MN Events team.
Promotion

Sales and Promotion

  1. MN Events promotes its events through appropriate online and offline channels. However, visitor footfall, enquiries and vendor sales cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own social-media pages and customer networks.
  3. MN Events may photograph or record the event for promotional, archival and marketing purposes. Vendors should inform the team in writing before the event if they have a specific concern.

Violation of Rules

MN Events may issue a warning, restrict participation, close a stall or remove a vendor where these rules, venue requirements or applicable laws are violated. Serious violations may result in cancellation without refund, subject to applicable law.

By confirming a stall booking, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these participation rules.
